No download link for digital products

Hi,

I've set up some mp3 files to be sold and everything works until after payment. The guest gets returned from PayPal to a page outlining the purchase but no download link.

There's also no email containing the download link.

How can this be fixed?

The customer should receive the download link in the notification email. What's version of EShop that you are using on your site?

EShop version is 2.0.0

So to confirm the process for a guest to purchase a download they add to cart, go through the checkout process putting in details but not creating an account, get sent to PayPal and then they should receive an email with the download link?

Perhaps its an email issue. I know I've had issues with other Joomla sites on her server.

I've just checked the site email account on cpanel and all of the emails have been returned. The domain or ip address is on Outlook's mail blacklist.

Any ideas on a workround for this?

The host has changed the ip address for the server so I'll check tomorrow and hopefully all will be well!
