Checkout accordion not working

Hi,
I am having problems at checkout. This is my first run through creating our internal store so I have not used EShop before. The problem I am having is that the Steps "accordion" doesn't open. I get to the checkout page and the javascript is not running correctly. I see it in the view source, however I have dead boxes.

Hello Thad,

Please following up the ticket to get our supports.

Sincerely, Giang
