Customer data not migrating

My member information from Joomla is not migrating entirely to Eshop. The name and email migrates but not the address & telephone..
Can anyone suggest a solution?

Problem solved.
I originally migrated all my data from joomla users, which did not provide any data other than name and email address. Then I tried migrating with the membership pro and because the user was already present it did not add any data for the members from membership pro. I deleted all the customers in eshop then migrated all the members from membership pro and it worked.
