Paypal logs

I'm selling some products with eshop 1.4.2 and many times i see orders with Status = Waiting but looking Paypal i see all payments completed!
How can i see what happen ?
Is there a log for paypal plugin?
The paypal plugin which feedback receive from Paypal.com?

Hello Mauro,

Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, then look at Complete Order Status and change value for it to Complete.
