What I want to do is have the product in store as the price I set for example $10 with Tax 10%
I want tax to show only on checkout or page or on view cart.
No matter what I try I only get tax 10% on my shipping and I don't want that.
I want Tax on Total.
I too am confused as I can not get the Tax component ie: 10% of price to show with the products.
We are an Australian Only store.
I have created
Tax Class to Tax AU for Australia 10% Based on Store Address
Tax Rate to AU Tax 10% with GEO Zone as AU Store
Geo Zones - Australia with All Zones
Country - Australia
Default Currency - Australian AUD
Auto update currency - Yes
Enable Tax - Yes
Display Ex Tax: if Yes then it shows the exact same as product price.
Use Store Tax Address - Yes
Use Customer Tax Address - Yes
Each Product has the Tax - Tax AU (as per Tax Class and Tax Rate)
The only enable Shipping (eshop_auspost) has Tax Class set as Tax AU
1. I need the tax component of 10% to be shown under the product price as Virtuemart does
2. The tax component needs to be shown on checkout and on the invoice as Virtuemart does
Aside from this I love the ease of use in setting up the products etc..
I am pretty sure that you lost some thing in the configuration. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the your site information so I can help you to check and show the tax properly.
