Is there a place within EShop to put my refund and return policies? I'm fine with creating a separate page for them, just wanted to incorporate them if possible.
Go to EShop -> System -> Configration -> Option tab, you have option to choose Checkout terms. You should choose there, then the checkout terms will be appeared at Step 5 - Payment method of checkout.
