Eshop Error - not found

I am getting the following error when trying to access the eshop on my site: Fatal error: Class 'EshopCart' not found in /home/darkcany/public_html/components/com_eshop/views/cart/view.html.php on line 62
I have reinstalled the extension.
I have checked for the offending file named in the error - its there
Need this working asap- client has paid for this extension and, is for the most, part happy with it.

Obviously no one here cares about paying customers so I will recommend the client switch a shopping cart with better support!
