Is there a way to require a customer to purchase one of the related products. For example, when you purchase a lamp, you must also purchase a lamp shade to go with it, but you can choose from the related products list.
I am sorry but this is not supported. If you want to have that, you must add lamp shade as an option of lamp product, then put this option as required. So to add lamp to the cart, customer must choose lamp shade first.
