Invalid file type for audio mp3 was created by Chris
Hi, new to eshop and just trying to upload an mp3 audio file to sell as a downloadable and I get this error immediately after upload
The file types in options already contain mp3 and the mime types already has audio/mpeg. I've also added audio/mpeg3 but still getting the error messages.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hello Chris,
Following are 4 mime types of .mp3 file. Please add them to Allowed Mime Type in the configuration of EShop and try again:
audio/mpeg3
audio/x-mpeg-3
video/mpeg
video/x-mpeg
Hope that this is useful.
Sincerely, Giang

Hello Chris,
That is strange. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the site information and send me the your mp3 file so I can test that.
Hope to receive your ticket soon.
Sincerely, Giang

Hi Chris,
I resolved it and replied to you via ticket system. The correct mime type that you should enter in the configuration is audio/mp3
