Add to cart & product options radio button

Neither of these are showing. No "Add to cart" on category or product page.

No radio buttons next to color on product page.

Would also like to not show Brand.

Hello Ian,

That maybe because you enabled the Catalog mode from the Configuration of EShop (EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab) or the product is out of stock (quantity <= 0) so the Add to Cart is not available. Please check again that.
