Downloads not working

Downloads not working was created by Maria
The product downloads will not download after payment is made. When download arrow is clicked it goes to the product page without downloading. Please advise.

Hi Maria,

After customer purchase downloadable products, they must go to Customer page, then click on Download area link to download product from there.

When you click to download it goes back to the product page without downloading www.favormultimedia.com/test
