Warning message on stock quantity wrong

Hello
I always get this warning on shopping cart "Products marked with *** are not available in the desired quantity or not in stock!"
In system I have the following settings:

Display stock: No
Stock out of warning : No
Stock checkout: Yes

I dont want this wanring as I have plenty of stock. It confuses customers. Please help
