Coupon issue with shipping method

Coupon issue with shipping method was created by Tim
Hello
When I try to check out using a 100% coupon also applied to shipping it wont let me check out because it says "Please select shipping method" but no shippng methods are displayed and I dont have an option to chose one.

Hello Tim,

Please go to EShop -> Plugins -> Shippings and let me know what's shipping methods are enabled there?

eshop_weight is the only installed shipping plugin activated
