Install FR language

Hi,
I would like install franch language on my shop.
1/ I dezipe eshop_france_language_package.zip
2/ By FTP I transfert
- administrator/languages/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_eshop.ini
- administrator/languages/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_eshop.sys.ini

- languages/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_eshop.ini
...
But my eshop is alwase in english.
Can you help me ?
