Greek Language issues

Hi

I'm installing a fresh copy for use with Greek language.
I uploaded the Greek language files but a lot of things where missing so I add it them manually.
Everything seemed to work nicely till I got to the check out page.

Please see attached files shop_gr, shop_gr1 compared with shop_uk.
I should mention at this point that on the admin panel under Sales/Fields it was all empty so I created all the fields exactly on how they are installed on another shop that I have .
