Product Options Not Displaying on Invoice

I just purchased the eshop. I setup a single category, and added 1 product which is a personalized report people can buy. I created several product option fields to collect information from the buyer but when I receive the invoice from the sale, only the product is listed on the invoice. None of the product options are listed on the invoice, therefore I cannot create the personalized reports. Can you explain to me how to get the product options to display on the invoice I receive for the sale?

Hello Terrilyn,

If the options are required, then customer must choose options before adding product to the cart. Once options are chosen, they will be shown in the invoice. Please check again.

I'm having this problem. I'm trying to download an invoice as it wasn't sending to me.. the invoice does not include any products..

It has this;
Products:
Product Name
Model Quantity
Unit Price
Total

And NOTHING underneath it.. (and no it hasn't scrolled to the next page).. the items purchased by a customer are NOT showing on the invoice. What's happening?
