Discout for new group

I have another question, imagine a catalog of 200 products, 100 discounted for the group "default". I add a new group, for example for an advertising campaign. I have to reopen all 100 products to replicate the discount (for discount and special tabs) to the new group and customize, for example, 4 of this products with an extra discount? If so, is not possible to add an option in configuration so if on (default disabled) if there is a discount for the default group and not for others group it use the default? So I have to personalize only the 4 product with a different discount for the new group. Or an utility to apply discount for a group to another group?
