Option type query - please help?

Hi, in the Option Type selections you have:
1) Radio 2) Checkbox 3) Text 4) Textarea, etc., etc.

My question:
None of the above are suitable for our client – we desperately need a 'pop-up' option type so that a list is displayed where the user clicks on a particular option from a long list.

Can you advise me on how I could add this into the code please?
