Personalize emails for customers

Hi Giang,

Running Eshop 1.3.6 on Joomla! 3.4.0.

I would like to personalize the emails, send to the customers, a bit more.
How can I get the name of the customer in the emails, so I can start with 'Hi Giang', in stead of a simple 'Hallo'?

I noticed the label [CUSTOMER_NAME] in the newly added email (Customer Quote Email) and added it to my regular customer emailtemplate, but that label is not substituted with the name of the customer, it seems.

So the question is: what label can I use for the name of the customer in my emailtemplates?

This is not supported now. If you want to have that, please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the your site information so I can help you to do that.

Now I know it is not supported at the moment, good.
I will have a look at it myself first and will post a message in the category 'Features Suggestion', because I think this could be nice to have for your other customers as well.
