I want to add 48 states into a Zone, but it looks like I'll have to do them all by hand? Would be nice if EShop shipped with a "Continental US" option that included all states except Hawaii, Alaska, and outlying islands.
That is correct. Currently, you must do that manually. In the future, I will add some more options to improve that so admin will have a easier/faster way.
