Payment problems

Hi, I paid for eshop through my PayPal account (2-11-15), it show the transaction ( #3UL46990B2065274B) was completed, but then I have received nothing since then.
Do I need to cancel the paypal payment and start over or can someone get ahold of me so I can get the software?

Seem there was a problem with the your mail server so you didn't get the email from us. I sent the extension to your email again. Also, I answered and guided you how to download extension via message in PayPal.
Please let me know if you were able to download extension for your order.
