Simplify checkout

Hi all,

I'm using Eshop a bit different than what is originally intended. Therefore I looking for a much easier checkout method. Currently it's divided into six steps. I'm looking for just having one; name and address.

Is there a easy way to skip the rest, such as Delivery Details, Delivery Method, Payment and Confirm order?

One final question though. Adding more fields to the quote form. Is that possible from within EShop or is some basic recoding and hacks the only way?

I am sorry, current fields in the Quote form is hard code. So there is no option to add more fields there.
