Cannot Remove Items From Cart

I'm having two issues with the cart and I think they might be related.

1) I cannot modify the quantity of items in the cart nor can I remove them.
2) The cart items are showing in the cart module for other users. For example: I place 2 items in the cart. Another user sees that the cart has two items in it from their computer although they haven't placed any items in the cart.

That sound like outstanding issue. May that it is related to the cache, I am not sure. Please remove all cache and test again. If you still see the issue, please submit a new ticket to send me the your site information so I can help you to check and resolve issue.
