Hi again Wen,
You can create a joomla article to put your terms and conditions there. Then go to EShop->System->Configuration->Option tab to choose the article as the terms and conditions.

I did what you said, creating a new article for Terms and Conditions (in 5 different languages) and in the site using the Site Menu I see it correctly in all the languages.
I indicated in the E-shop options tab the link to the page in english, but when I click on the link, creating a new account, it open a new Windows with write: "This content failed to load."
Where can it be the problem?
