When trying to delete options (from the list of options, not within product) you get the following notice:
One or more Options could not removed because they are assigned to option values
I checked, and made sure the options were not assigned to any products, tried to delete again, and get the same notice. Not extremely urgent, but would be better if the unused options would delete.
