I have a price listed on my page and underneath the price I see "Ex. Tax" which equals the price of my item. Is there a way to get rid of the information below because on the back end I have tax set to "None". I would think that if I did add tax it would show up when the customer is about the order the item, correct?

In the configuration of EShop, there is an option to show price with tax. Go to EShop->System->Configuration, under Options tab, let's choose Display Price with Tax to No, then Ex. Tax will be hidden.
