Problems with HTTPS and Shopping Cart

Hi,

I'm having a couple of problems with https and shopping cart.

When I set up 'checkout' as a menu item and force SSL for that menu item there are 2 issues.

1. The checkout page then looses it's accordian ability - taking the shopper through each step.

2. and the Ckeckout page which is accessed through the shopping cart has no https at all.
