Best way to link purchase to another member

Good day,

I am looking to have all purchase done on the site link back to another user that is sponsored by the site. Exemple, you buy a T-Shirt and you would select which racer you want to sponsor.

What would be the best way to handle this?

Thank you for interesting in our EShop Shopping Cart extension. The feature that you asked is specific and it is not supported by our extension now.

To make the your requirement to be more cleared: So an customer will place an order from the site, then you want him to assign that order for another customer in the system. Is that correct?

If you can, please explain more about the thing you want to make it to be more cleared. If it is possible to implement, I will help you to do that.

Thanks for the reply. What I am trying to do is be able to associate a purchase to a user or simply a code that could be entered manually. Let's say you want to support a racer named Antoine Lacombe, when you make your purchase I need a way to track it. It could be a simple text box where you put the racers name or number.

Maybe I could use the coupon function in some way?

Hi again Pierre,

Then that is simple. EShop allows you to enter Shipping information (name, phone, email, address, etc) and Billing information (name, phone, email, address, etc.) You are also able to enter your message when checking our the product. So you can enter any name or text there to tell admin about the racer name or any other things. So I think EShop works as you expect.

EShop also supports coupon so you can enter coupon code to have discount for your order.
