Customise eShop Front Page

Hi
I want to be able to customise the shop front page, what file or files do I need to change to add in elements like a welcome message and images and remove some elements?

Thank you for using our EShop extension. EShop is a Joomla MVC Standard extension and very easy to customize. To customize the EShop front-page view, you just need to find the files in 2 following folders:

components/com_eshop/themes/default/views/frontpage and components/com_eshop/themes/default/views/common

If you modify, you should copy the files to template folder to modify it. This will avoid the overwriting once you update EShop in the future. Read more about this here: joomdonation.com/forum/eshop-faq/42470-h...-of-eshop-views.html

You should go to EShop -> System -> Messages, then click on Shop Introduction to edit that welcome message.

I am trying to find the Shop Introduction section here so I can edit it EShop ->System -> Messages but there is nothing in this section.

Where do I find the section to replace on front page " Enter your shop introduction here" ?

I had an issue with the Default Language not being marked as such, and it was why the messages would NOT show up. After selecting the default language, everything showed up.

You should go to EShop -> System -> Tools, then click on Synchronize Data tool, you will see the messages in all languages.
