Show more categories on shop front

Eshop only seem to show 9 categories, I have and need to show 24!
What files do I need to edit to make this happen (should be a setting!!)

Either 8 rows of 3 or 6 rows of 4 would work!

Seem this is front-page view of EShop. When you create a menu item to Front-page view, you can enter number of categories and number of products to display. Can you please look at that and try to use it?

Thanks for the info. i was able to and the menu item and indeed the value was set to 9.
I changed to 24 but nothing seems to change on the frontside.

Is there a file I can edit directly perhaps or would it be a cache issue?
