Install Eshop theme help

hello there, can you help with the eshop market theme i just bought? i want to install it in joomla 3.2 but "Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file". why?

Thank you for purchasing and using our extensions and theme. To install EShop Market Theme, you just need to go to EShop->Plugins->Themes and choose the package to install. You can not install it via Install Extensions part in Joomla. Does it make sense?

yes i'll use your help because i've succesfuly installed it but i don't know how to make it default... my site is on my localhost... is there any other way? to send you the whole joomla with attachtment and send me back? if it is not possible i'll try to upload it to live server and send you the back-end log in user and pass after the ticket submit.
