How can i edit the email sent to the customer after they purchase in the store?

i need to change the Eshop logo to my logo in that email but i cannot find anywhere to edit it!

i edited the /home/xxx/public_html/components/com_eshop/emailtemplates/customer.php

file to change the image but this needs to be able to be done via the backend.

need templates that can easily be edited for emails, page layouts etc
