Empty pdf-document

Hello Giang,

when a registered customer wants to download an order as pdf-doc, the document is empty.
Must I somewhere enter a text? Or is meant the invoice here?

Hi again Snaily,

EShop allow you to enter Invoice layout in the back-end side (System->Messages). As default, only data for English is entered. Your site is in Germany language so it is empty. I just entered data for Germany language for Invoice and it should work now.

You can edit layout of Invoice to make it look as you want.

Hi,
i understand a little englisch, but i dont write good.
I have Problems

• nach der Bestellung wird kein Gesamtbetrag angezeigt auf dem Dashboard
• Die PDF Rechnung ist leer und ich kann die Sprache nicht ändern.
• In Message wird nichts angezeigt, keine Optionen zum ändern.
• Ich verwende Joomla 3.1.

ich habe gelesen, dass du das gleiche Problem, hast, ich komme aber mit der Erklärung nicht klar.
Ich habe zwar die Erklärung verstanden, kann aber in der Konfiguration keine Stelle finden, wo ich es ändern muss. Ich bin sehr dankbar, wenn du mir helfen könntest.

So, nun habe ich die Probleme selbst im "Learning bei doing Modus" gelöst.
Ich habe die Spracheinstellung direkt in der Datenbank vorgenommen und jetzt funktioniert es.

First of all, please only use English in your post. I can not understand your language. Only English please.
Also, the problem that you have with PDF because you have not used latest version of EShop and you had wrong format in message for Invoice Layout. Please submit a ticket to send me your site information so I can help you to config it properly.
