URGENT FIX - Show prices and shipping including ta

I have realised how the price is displayed on the checkout, cart, invoice and in paypal is not legal here in Australia and very confusing to me and my customers.

We have a flat 10% tax, however we need to show price of items including tax.

In paypal an order shows up as:


but it needs to show up as $9.90 not $9

Same goes for the cart/invoice display. The product total prices, subtotal and shipping all need to include tax. I also need it reordered into this order as below.

ok, now that it seems the paypal issue is fixed, i really need to fix the display of prices and tax.

this is for both the cart, checkout, invoice and how it sends it to paypal for how paypal shows it.

i need the product price to include tax as well as the shipping amount. as you can see in the previous post image.
