Custom Message on Cart Page

How to I remove the Custom Message column on the Cart Page.  I looked in the layout section but do not see a way to turn it off.  See attached picture

Thank you for submitting the question here. Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Invoice tab, at "Product Fields Display", un-select "Custom Message", then Save the Configuration and test again.
