Is it possible to send different invoices in different formats depending on the payment method?

2. Twint (Switzerland's payment app)
3. Paypal

If you really want to have that feature, then it maybe requires to customize to EShop. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category so I can find a custom solution and give you the quote to implement (if possible).
