How to add a Europe shipping zone?

I can not see how to add a Europe shipping zone other than tediously working through the entire list of countries and adding a country at a time by keep scrolling down the drop down list? Is this really the only way? If so, perhaps consider adding Europe as a built in zone on future versions, thanks.

Also after creating a UK zone and a Europe zone, how do I create one more zone that is all the countries not in UK or Europe?

Currently, the only way to do that is adding countries one by one.

I will consider to add some default Geo Zones there.
