iPad users can't download video files

Is there an app that I could recommend them? I have several customers who use iPad and they can download the PDF files just fine but they can't download the video files.

Keep in mind I did not say "your extension doesn't work on iDevices when it comes to downloads, and there is nowhere mention in the products description".
I simply asked you for a workaround after doing extensive research on finding a solution.
Do you really think I needed your recommendation to google it?
And then you wonder why I gave a bad review on this extension.

Thank you Stephen, but it doesn't work.
Apparently none of the Apple apps works for downloading the video files. The pdf files don't give this problem.
And it is really upsetting, I've made my website iDevices compatible, this is the only extension I have problems with. I am stuck in having to put things in my Google drive for people to be able to download what they purchased.
