Problems with our mailsystem

Hi!

We use
Joomla! version 3.8.11
EShop version 3.1.0

We have some problems:

1. When our customers order goods in our shop, we don't receive any emails. (System > Mail > Admin New Order Alert Mail > Yes)

2.When our customers click "order" at the end of the shopping process, the screen will be blank.

3. When we change order status and sent notification emails, we get an error: An error has occurred. 0 Using $this when not in object context

Can anyone help us?

Seem there was a small problem when you update EShop. Please go to our website to re-download the latest EShop package there and manually update it to your site and test again.

The problem should be resolved then.

We redownloaded the latest EShop package.

According to the documentation on your website > 1. Getting Started > Installation & Upgrade
Tip: After you uninstalled EShop, the database tables related to the extension won't be uninstalled. By doing that, when you re-install the extension in the future, all the old data will be kept and still be available.

Unfortunately we lost all the data. What's wrong with that?
