I cannot upload files into the shop, help please

Good day. Whenever I create a download and choose the file to upload, eShop does not create the download and only redirects to a blank page. Can you please help me with this? (It is a .zip file)

I managed to get the problem sorted out. I was running on an older version of EShop and replaced it with 1.3.5
