Install another language package for EShop!

Dear all,

EShop supports multiple languages and it is translated into many languages. These language packages are included into the package that you receive after purchasing EShop. To install another language package for EShop (example Spanish package), you need to unzip the file eshop_spanish_language_package.zip first, you will see 2 folders: admin and site. Then do the upload via FTP as following:

1. Upload all files in folder admin/languages/es-ES to folder administrator/language/es-ES in your site
2. Upload all files in folder site/languages/es-ES to folder languages/es-ES in your site

You should do same things for other language packages (Russian, Italian, Dutch, Germany, French, etc.), just need to use ru-RU, it-IT, nl-NL, de-DE, fr-FR, etc. instead of es-ES.

EShop supports Catalog mode. Once Catalog mode is enabled, the shopping cart and checkout will be disabled.
Please try to enable Catalog mode by going to EShop->System->Configuration->Option tab.

With little code more you can do lang pack installable as normal joomla component
or you can write a little readme.txt

Hello!

I am having trouble changing the language to Spanish and I don't find how to do it anywhere. I have uploaded the language files "admin" and "site" and it shows error saying "unable to find install package".I am using MAMP to do this locally. Please help me with this, i will appreciate it much!

Please read my post carefully. You should upload files via ftp manually to the correct folder.

Sorry Giang Dinh, I have tried to paste the files in my Mamp files in the folder Language and I can not see the option to set it in Spanish. Is it better to do it when I upload it to my web host?

The installation of the language has always been the problem.
Truong Giang Dinh why not you box the language in a .zip file and thus solve the problem definitively.
