Data Export + ZIP

Thank you for the new update. I have another question about data export. If I check the "Include Files" option, shouldn't all files be included in the ZIP archive? Only the SQL file is being saved for me. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug? Thank you for your help. Andreas

Hi Andreas,
The issue with exported data not including documents and images has been fixed in Edocman version 3.4.
Please update to the latest version to resolve this problem.

I also tested it with version 3.4. Unfortunately, without success. If I try to download the SQL file without the ZIP data, then it works perfectly. A file explorer window opens, and I can choose the folder where I want to save the ZIP file. If I select the "Include Data" option, the page works in the background for a while. After a few seconds, the message appears.

It is possible that you have too many files, which causes creating the zip file containing all Edocman documents to use a lot of resources.
You can try increasing your PHP settings to the maximum, especially the following variables:
- memory_limit
- max_execution_time

Please check if this helps resolve the issue. If not, exporting data together with files may not be a feasible solution for your site.
