Hi Andreas,
The issue with exported data not including documents and images has been fixed in Edocman version 3.4.
Please update to the latest version to resolve this problem.

I also tested it with version 3.4. Unfortunately, without success. If I try to download the SQL file without the ZIP data, then it works perfectly. A file explorer window opens, and I can choose the folder where I want to save the ZIP file. If I select the "Include Data" option, the page works in the background for a while. After a few seconds, the message appears.

Hi Andreas,
It is possible that you have too many files, which causes creating the zip file containing all Edocman documents to use a lot of resources.
You can try increasing your PHP settings to the maximum, especially the following variables:
- memory_limit
- max_execution_time
Please check if this helps resolve the issue. If not, exporting data together with files may not be a feasible solution for your site.
