Grid view no longer showing in columns

Hi Dam

I have just noticed that some of my pages which were showing in columns are not showing in a single column.  I am not sure which upgrade changed it

This site hwgt.org.uk/publications/newsletters is using Edocman 3.3
This site corleyparishcouncil.gov.uk/newsletters is using Edocman 3.2

Both sites are set up with the menu item of 'Category Layout'

Configuration for category is 

• category layout 'default'
• documents layout 'Grid'

Edocman theme configuration is set to

• Number of Columns in Grid View "3"

Something has gone wrong somewhere, can you check it out for me please.
