Download without login feature

Hi,
Using the latest version of Edcoman in Joomla 5.4.1 and Php 8.3.20
I set configuration as the documents are available for download to all users without login and Collect Download information enabled.
Download buttom appears correctly without login and it opens e pop window to insert name and email, accepting policy/privacy.
On next step a new window is opened but is blank, without link neither starting a download, tryng to load something without changing his status.
Any advise?
