Disk Space Usage

Hi Guys,

The hosting account for sevenoakssociety.co.uk is reporting disk usage of 80%.  On inspection it appears that many of the documents have been duplicated, being created 3 or 4 times at the same time.  The account uses Amazon as the eDocman storage so something is not looking right.  Can you given me some idea how to resolve this please?
