Question Regarding Mass Download List Behavior in EDocman 3.1 was created by hide10
Hello,
I would like to report something I noticed while testing EDocman 3.1.
The Mass Download feature is excellent—it's very intuitive, and being able to add files like a shopping cart and download them all together is extremely convenient.
I have a question about this feature.
In the Mass Download list that appears at the bottom of the page, clicking the Expand button shows the list of added files. On the right side of each file name, a red “X” icon is displayed. I expected that clicking this icon would remove the file from the list, but it doesn’t seem to do anything.
Is this a bug?
Thanks

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback and for reporting this issue.
We will investigate this further to see if it is indeed a bug. Since it doesn’t seem to occur consistently, it might be a bit challenging to debug, but we’ll do our best to identify the cause.
If you notice any specific patterns or steps that make the issue happen, please let us know—that information would be very helpful.
Best regards,
Dam

Hi,
Just to clarify my testing results:
The issue does not seem to depend on any specific condition on my side.
I tested the Mass Download list in Safari (my main browser), Chrome, and Firefox, and the behavior is identical in all cases — the red “X” icon never removes any item from the list.
So far, I have not encountered any situation where the delete icon works correctly.
Thanks
