Disable Download Option in EDocman 3.1 Video Player was created by Dirk H.
Hello Support Team,We would like to use the option in EDocman 3.1 to prohibit downloads of our videos. We appreciate that EDocman 3.1 provides its own browser-based video player — however, this player still offers a download option both via a button and through the context menu.So far, I haven’t found any way to disable this download option in the player settings. Am I missing something, or is there another method to prevent users from downloading videos?Thank you in advance for your support.Kind regards,
Dirk

Hello Dam,
Of course, I can submit a ticket, but unfortunately, I cannot provide you with access to our system, as my company’s regulations do not allow this.
However, since you probably have a test environment, you should be able to reproduce the behavior in the player easily: simply insert a video, disable the download option, and check how the player behaves on the front end.
I’m also happy to assist in any other way that doesn’t require a login. I would be very pleased if we could find a solution to this issue, as your product is excellent.
Kind regards,
Dirk
