I've noticed an unjustified increase in the disk space used by edocman, and I've found a number of cloned PDF documents in the "\edocmanviewer" folder with strange codenames. Can you please explain why? The screenshot shows an example: el_gremal_2000.pdf. Your application has created a clone in the list (recognizable by the file size), and I don't understand what it's for.

Hi Riccardo,
The "edocmanviewer" folder is used to store temporary files for documents, allowing users to view document content. Since the files in this folder can be accessed directly, we need to encrypt their names for security reasons. This can cause the size of the folder to increase over time.
To address this issue, we provide a plugin called "System - Auto Clean Edocman Viewer." Please publish (enable) this plugin so that it can automatically delete temporary document files after a certain period.
