To test the integration with Amazon S3, please try uploading and downloading documents using the system. If the files are uploaded to S3 successfully and you can download them without any issues, then the problem can be considered resolved.
After testing, please submit a ticket under the Edocman category. I will then send you the latest version of the Edocman Amazon S3 plugin.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the process, please let me know.

I cannot add documents because it crashes...

I got this message when I tries to display it: Lỗi: Unexpected server response (403) while retrieving PDF " www.sevenoakssociety.co.uk/edocmanviewer...gazine_final_2025pdf .".

I have checked and found that the PDF files in the "edocmanviewer" directory are currently not accessible. I also attempted to access the .htaccess Maker tool of Admin Tools for Joomla in the backend to troubleshoot the issue, but unfortunately, I encountered an error and was unable to use this function.

Could you please check the .htaccess Maker tool on your end or let me know if you are able to access it? Your assistance will help us resolve the problem more quickly.

I have accessed the .htaccess maker function in Admin Tools and added edocmanviewer to "Frontend directories where file type exceptions are allowed". Do you need me to give you access to the back end or the hosting?
