I installed the Docs Indexer component, but unfortunately without any result yet. Indexing a folder with 150+ pdf documents results in an error message. A test folder with 3 documents doesn't show error messages, but the field Doc Content remains empty.
I changed the column type of the doc_content table, tried several combinations in the configuration screen, enabled plug-ins,but no result.
I hope you can help me with this one.

Please click on menu: Support Tickets at the top and raise new ticket on category: Edocman. Then, you can describe your issue and we will help you to solve the problem.
